When your customers use the integrated email contact form, Lore will automatically perform a search on your knowledge base in attempt to find content relevant to your customers' inquiries, before any email is sent to you. This allows your customers to help themselves instantly and can dramatically reduce common email inquiries.
Search Engine Friendly URLs
This feature allows your knowledge base web addresses to be more meaningful and contain keywords that can be easily indexed by search engines (ex: example.com/idx/0/001/my_article.html)
